Section XIII-14913 - Duties of Direct Response InsurersA. Direct response insurers shall deliver to the applicant, upon acceptance of the application and prior to the issuance of the policy, the notice described in Appendix B or other substantially similar form notice approved by the Commissioner of Insurance.La.
