Section XIII-14517 - SeverabilityA. If any provision of Regulation 102 or its application to any person or entity or any circumstance of its application is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of Regulation 102 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end, the provisions of Regulation 102 are severable.La.
