Section XIII-14505 - Applicability and ScopeA. Regulation 102 applies to any assurance organization that transacts business on behalf of a professional employer organization authorized to operate in the state of Louisiana. A professional employer organization shall not be required to utilize the services of an approved assurance organization.La. Admin. Code tit. 37, § XIII-14505
