Section XIII-13503 - PurposeA. The purpose of Regulation 93 is to implement the provisions of Acts 2008, No. 854 of the Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature, which allows an insurer to make a filing to deviate from the requirements of R.S.22:1333(C) and 22:1265(D)concerning deductibles for named storms and hurricanes.La.
