Section XIII-12129 - Referral for Regulatory ActionA. Citizens reserves the right to refer any matter involving Regulation 87 to the department for any legal action authorized under the Louisiana Insurance Code, including, but not limited to, fine, probation, suspension or revocation of the insurance producer license issued by the department to the insurance producer.La.
