Section XIII-11303 - Applicability and ScopeA. Except as otherwise specifically provided, the requirements of this regulation shall apply to health insurance issuers that choose to offer health insurance under the provisions of LaChoice as required pursuant to R.S. 22:244 et seq., of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.La.
