Section XIII-11111 - Procedures for a Non-Qualifying Newborn ChildA. The health insurance issuer shall be required to comply with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 with regard to the enrollment procedures relative to dependent coverage for a non-qualifying newborn child.La.
