Section XIII-11105 - Applicability and ScopeA. Except as otherwise specifically provided, the requirements of this regulation shall apply to health insurance issuers, including health maintenance organizations, as required pursuant to R.S. 22:2001 et seq., of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended.La.
