Section XIII-1129 - Review of Rate DeterminationA. Funds shall provide reasonable means whereby any member aggrieved by the application of the fund's rating system may, in writing, request a review of the manner in which such rating system has been applied in connection with the coverage afforded. The fund shall have 30 days from receipt to grant or deny the request, in writing. If the fund rejects such request or fails to grant or reject such request within such 30-day period, the member may, within 30 days following the expiration of such 30-day period, appeal to the commissioner, who, after a hearing held upon not less than 10 days' written notice to the member and to the fund, may affirm, modify, or reverse such action.La.
