Section XIII-10703 - PurposeA. The purpose of this regulation is to recognize, permit and prescribe the use of the applicable Commissioners Standard Ordinary (CSO) Mortality Table in accordance with R.S. 22:753 (the Standard Valuation Law for Life Insurance), R.S. 22:936 (the Standard Nonforfeiture Law for Life Insurance) and Sections 10909.A and Sections 10909.B of Regulation 85.La. Admin. Code tit. 37, § XIII-10703
