Section XIII-10317 - ApplicabilityA. All limited licensees under Part XVII of Chapter 2 of Title 22 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, §2101 et. seq shall be subject to all other applicable provisions of this Title unless specifically exempted by Part XVII of Chapter 2 of Title 22 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, §2101 et. seq.La.
