Section XIII-10313 - Insurance ChargesA. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Part or any rule adopted by the commissioner, a limited licensee pursuant to Part XVII of Chapter 2 of Title 22 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, §2101 et seq., shall not be required to treat monies collected from renters purchasing such insurance when renting vehicles as funds received in a fiduciary capacity, provided that the charges for coverage shall be itemized and be ancillary to a rental transaction. The sale of insurance not in conjunction with a rental transaction is prohibited by the provisions of this Part.La. Admin. Code tit. 37, § XIII-10313
