Section XIII-115 - Annual Registration of Insurers-Statement FilingA. An insurer required to file an annual registration statement pursuant of R.S. 22:691.6 shall furnish the required information on Form B, hereby made a part of this regulation. An ultimate controlling person (an individual) or persons (more than one individual) of a domestic insurer licensed and writing only in Louisiana may file an unaudited balance sheet in lieu of a reviewed financial statement.La.
