Section XIII-111 - Amendments to Form A
A. The applicant shall promptly advise the commissioner of any changes in the information so furnished on Form A arising subsequent to the date upon which such information was furnished but prior to the commissioners disposition of the application. If change(s) to the Form A should occur after the commissioners approval of the application but prior to the closing date of the sale, the applicant shall be required to notify the commissioner in writing within 15 days of such change(s). Upon receipt of such notice of change(s), the commissioner has the option to modify or rescind his approval and may require a new hearing on the application.
