Section XIII-101 - PurposeA. The purpose of this regulation is to set forth rules and procedural requirements which the commissioner deems necessary to carry out the provisions of Act 294 of the 2012 Regular Legislative Session to be comprised of R.S. 22:691.1-691.27 of the Insurance Code. The information called for by this regulation is hereby declared to be necessary and appropriate in the public interest and for the protection of the policyholders in this state.La. Admin.
