Section III-905 - Scope of Coverage: InsuredsA. With respect to health care providers enrolled with the fund by evidence of liability insurance pursuant to §505 hereof, subject to the limitation of liability prescribed by the Act, the fund shall be liable for compensation for claims asserted against the health care provider only within the scope of coverage afforded by, and subject to the limitations and exclusions of, the policy of professional liability insurance evidencing the health care provider's financial responsibility and subject to the payment of the applicable surcharges.La.
