Section III-307 - Expenses of Administration and DefenseA. All expenses incurred for, by, or on behalf of the executive director or the board in their administration, operation, and defense of the fund, pursuant to the Act and these rules, shall be borne by the fund, subject to the provision of these rules governing budgeting, accounting, and appropriation requests.La.
