Section III-1901 - Scope of ChapterA. The rules of Chapter 19 provide for and govern the administration and payment by the fund of future medical care and related benefits for patients deemed to be in need of future care and related benefits pursuant to a final judgment issued by a court of competent jurisdiction or agreed to in a settlement reached between a patient and the fund.B. The rules of Chapter 19 shall be applicable to all malpractice claims, including those brought under R.S. 40:1299.39.La. Admin. Code tit. 37, § III-1901
