Section III-1507 - Settlement of ClaimsA. Claims against the fund may be compromised and settled upon the recommendation of the executive director and the approval of the board. The executive director shall, however, have authority, without the necessity of prior approval by the board, to compromise and settle any individual claim against the fund for an amount not exceeding $25,000.La.
