Section III-1401 - ProcedureA. Except as otherwise provided by the Act, all malpractice claims against health care providers shall be reviewed by a medical review panel. The composition and operation of a medical review panel shall be in accordance with R.S. 40:1299.47.La. Admin. Code tit. 37, § III-1401
