Section III-1311 - Annual ReportA. Each year, the executive director shall cause to be prepared an annual statement of the financial condition of the fund, which statement shall be in the form of the annual report required to be filed by the Division of Administration and the Legislative Auditor. Such statement shall be submitted to the board, Division of Administration and the legislative auditor. Such statement shall be a public record and posted on the board's website.La. Admin.
