Section XVII-13141 - Minimum Wagers and PayoutsA. The minimum wager to be accepted by an association on a wager based on the outcome of a historical horse race or races shall be $0.10. The minimum payout on any wager shall not be less than the amount wagered.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § XVII-13141
