Section XV-12513 - Hearing NoticeA. At least 15 days prior to the meeting at which the commission shall consider such application, the commission shall notify, by certified mail, all other applicants eligible under the provisions of R.S. 4:215 of the filing of such application and the date on which it shall be considered.La.
