Section XV-12347 - Cleanliness and InspectionA. Off-track wagering facility premises shall be kept in clean condition, in good repair, well lighted, ventilated, heated and/or air conditioned (as the case may be). The quality, quantity and price of all items of food, liquor, beer and other items sold shall be subject to inspection by the commission or any person designated by the commission.La. Admin.
