Section XV-12325 - Telephones and TelegraphsA. Off-track wagering facilities may be allowed telephones for the transaction of ordinary business, and may also allow telegraph wires for the benefit of the press. However, no information regarding the results of any race shall be transmitted until such race results are official, nor shall any message transmitting money, or other things of value, or directing the placing of any wager, be sent over the telegraph wires. Nor shall any message be sent in any type of code or any form other than in plain and intelligible English, under penalty of license revocation.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § XV-12325
