Section XV-12321 - Access by CommissionersA. Members of the commission and its designated representatives shall have the right to full and complete entry to any and all areas of an off-track wagering facility. All off-track wagering facilities shall recognize buttons of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners and commission parking permits.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § XV-12321
