Section XV-12317 - Facility Racing OfficialsA. The following racing officials employed by an off-track wagering facility shall be approved in writing by the commission: private police or security agencies; mutuel managers, calculators and supervisors; and any such other persons as the commission may designate. Should any change of these officials occur or be anticipated, the off-track wagering facility must get prior approval from the commission at least 10 days before such change, except as provided in §1907. The off-track wagering facility must submit in writing the time and reason for the change and furnish a resume of the replacement.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § XV-12317
