Section XIII-12007 - ComplianceA. Account wagering shall be conducted in compliance with the Rules of Racing and all applicable state and federal laws. Unless elsewhere specifically set forth, an account wager shall be subject to the statutory provisions and rules and regulations which govern all pari-mutuel wagers placed within the enclosure at which the licensee is authorized to conduct race meetings. From each account wager, there shall be deducted the same percentage as is deducted on a wager if made in person in the same wagering pool at the licensee's race track.La. Admin.
