Section XIII-11615 - Dead HeatsA. In the event of a dead heat for win between two or more horses in any Pick N race, all such horses in the dead heat for win shall be considered as wining horses in the race for the purpose of calculating the pool.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § XIII-11615
