Section XIII-10709 - No Ticket Sold with Winning CombinationA. If no ticket is sold on the winning combination of an exacta pool, the net pool shall be distributed equally between holders of tickets selecting the winning horse to finish first and/or holders of tickets selecting the second place horse to finish second.La.
