Section IX-9705 - Same Weight In and OutA. Each jockey shall weigh in at the same weight at which he weighed out, and if short by more than 2 pounds, his mount shall be disqualified from any portion of the purse and all money wagered on it returned to holders of redeemable tickets.La.
