Section IX-9307 - Fillies and MaresA. With the exception of handicaps, 2-year-old fillies shall be allowed 3 pounds, and fillies and mares 3 years old and upward shall be allowed 5 pounds before September 1, and 3 pounds thereafter.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § IX-9307
