Section IX-9109 - Placement from DisqualificationA. No horse shall incur a weight penalty for a placement from which he is disqualified, but a horse placed through the disqualification of another horse shall incur the weight penalties of that placement. No such placement, however, shall make a horse ineligible for a race which has already been run.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § IX-9109
