Section III-5747 - Cleanliness and InspectionA. The premises shall be kept in a clean condition, in good repair, well lighted and ventilated. The quality, quantity and price of all items of food, liquor, beer and other items sold shall be subject to the commission's inspection.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § III-5747
