Section III-5728 - House RulesA. An association shall not have house rules that are inconsistent with and/or contrary to the commission's rules, regulations, and directives. 1. All association house rules in place when this rule is promulgated will remain in place until the end of the association's current active race meet.2. New association house rules shall first be submitted to the Louisiana Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association for their review and then submitted to the commission for approval noting whether or not the Louisiana Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association is in agreement or disagreement with the proposed new house rules.La.
