Section III-5711 - First Aid ServicesA. During racing and training hours, each association shall provide, on track grounds, a registered paramedic and a certified emergency medical technician who are trained in first aid practices, and shall provide a room or area adequately equipped in which to serve individuals in need of first aid.La.
