Section III-5709 - Housing of Stable EmployeesA. Each association shall provide adequate and sanitary living quarters with proper sanitary arrangements, and ample and convenient toilet facilities for stable employees, and shall provide in its stable area at least 1 tack room of a minimum area of 100 square feet for every 6 horses stabled, with adequate facilities for housing personnel therein.B. The living quarters shall comply with all state and local building and fire codes associated with the housing of people.C. Dependent upon the season of the race meet, the association may also be required by the commission to have heating and air conditioning.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § III-5709
