Section III-5702 - Penalty for Failure to ComplyA. Should a permittee or licensee fail to promptly comply with each provision of R.S. 4:146(B) or R.S. 4:161(B) or R.S. 4:222, the permittee or licensee who fails to comply with such provision(s) may be subject to a fine of $200 for each day such violation shall continue.La.
