Section III-4105 - Admission to Jockey RoomA. No person, other than racing officials, the commissioners and necessary jockey room attendants, shall be admitted to the jockey room after 11 a.m. on a racing day, nor after 5 p.m. on a racing night, without consent of the stewards for each time of entry.La.
