Section I-901 - Applicable RulesA. The rules of the commission shall govern Appaloosa horse racing wherever they are applicable. When not applicable, the stewards may enforce the rules of the Appaloosa Horse Club, Inc., so long as they are consistent with the rules of the commission.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § I-901
