Section I-801 - Applicable RulesA. The rules of the commission shall govern Arabian horse racing wherever they are applicable. When not applicable, the stewards may enforce the rules of the Arabian Jockey Club, Inc., provided they are consistent with the rules of the commission.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § I-801
