Section I-1711 - Medication; Reporting to StewardsA. No medication shall be administered to a horse to be entered or entered to race as may be provided in Chapter 15. If it is necessary to do so, it must be reported to the stewards by the trainer and the horse shall be scratched, if entered, as ineligible to run.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § I-1711
