Section I-1311 - Sanitary ConditionsA. The association veterinarian shall insure that horses are stabled in individual box stalls with separate feeding and watering facilities, and that the stables and immediate surrounding area are maintained in approved sanitary condition at all times, and that satisfactory drainage is provided, and that manure and other refuse is promptly and properly removed.
