Section I-1305 - Valid Health CertificateA. A health certificate is valid when it is made by a veterinarian licensed by the state authority which governs licensing veterinarians in the state where the examination and certificate were made. It is current if it is dated not more than 10 days prior to the date the horse described on the certificate arrives at a licensed Louisiana race track for the first time in a calendar year. The certificate shall include the temperature of the horse at the time it was examined.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § I-1305
