Section XIII-523 - Withdrawal of Bids or ProposalsA. Withdrawal of Bid or Proposal. A bid or proposal which contains a patently obvious, unintentional and substantial mechanical, clerical or mathematical error or unintentionally omits a substantial quantity of goods or services called for in the solicitation may be withdrawn by the respondent if clear and convincing sworn, written evidence of such error or omission is furnished to the university prior to award.La.
