Section XIII-1305 - Right to RejectA. Rejection. The university reserves the right to reject any or all responses to a solicitation in whole or in part and to award by items, parts of items or by any group of items specified. Also, the right is reserved to waive any technical defects when the best interest of the university will be served.B. The university reserves the right to reject any or all responses to a solicitation from respondents that are an entity, or are principal individuals within an entity, which has been convicted of a felony or any misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.La.
