Section V-305 - Addenda Modifying Invitation To Bid [Formerly LAC 34:I.505]A. Addenda modifying invitation to bid shall not be issued within a period of 72 hours prior to the advertised time for the opening of bids, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and any other legal holidays. If the necessity arises to issue an addendum modifying an invitation to bid within the 72 hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and any other legal holiday(s), prior to the advertised time for the opening of bids, then the opening of bids shall be extended a minimum of 7 calendar days, without the requirement of readvertising.
