Section V-1313 - Appeals of a CancellationA. In accordance with R.S. 39:1605, R.S. 39:1630 and R.S. 39:1691, the pre-award cancellation of a solicitation by the chief procurement officer or his designee shall be final and conclusive unless the person adversely affected by the cancellation has timely appealed to the Nineteenth Judicial District Court, in accordance with R.S. 39:1691(D), within 14 days of the cancellation.La.
