Section V-154 - Emergency and Sole Source ProcurementsA. Notwithstanding the guidelines established in §142, procurements of data processing consulting services in an amount greater than $100,000 under emergency or sole source conditions shall involve a procurement support team designated by the Office of Contractual Review and under the direction of a team leader designated by the Office of Contractual Review.La.
