Section V-147 - Contracts for Data Processing Consulting ServicesA. Contracts for data processing consulting services in an amount equal to or greater than $50,000 shall be subject to all the statutory and regulatory requirements generally applicable to consulting services contracts equal to or greater than $50,000.La.
